Our Elite Varsity & College Prep Sports Performance program is our most sought out program that is designed for athletes from 8th – 12th grade who are seeking top tier sports performance training. Within this group, each athlete will have their own athlete program catered towards their specific goals and needs. This is designed to be the most elite College prep program on the shore, as it features many key training components and philosophies as a Collegiate Setting.
Junior Developmental Program
Our Junior Program is for athletes 4th – 7th Grade who are looking to improve on key cognitive and locomotor skills to be successful in sports. This program is a FUN Gamed-based training program that introduces and teaches all essential athletic movement patterns for a fast and healthy athlete.
College Sports Performance
Our Summer Collegiate Sports Performance groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes looking to prepare for their upcoming school year. This program utilizes many advanced sports performance techniques to ensure that they are at the top of their game and ready for training at the next level. This program is essential for all collegiate athletes looking to be dynamic next season!
On-Site and Off-Site Speed & Agility
Our on-site and off-site speed & agility training has been utilized pre-seaon, during-season, and post-season to develop total team speed, agility and reduced changes of injury.
